Please fill out the below form to purchase bookplate(s).

If you would like your bookplate placed in a specific book or genre, the library will attempt to grant the request, but cannot guarantee your request will be fulfilled. Bookplates will be discarded if/when the book is removed from the Library collection.

Each bookplate is $30
